Terms of Service

Arcline™ provides executive positioning and advisory services, including Executive Positioning, Hidden Market Intelligence, Interview Intelligence, the Complete Executive Search package and The Positioning Lab masterclass. These Terms govern your use of our website and engagement of our services.

Each engagement is confirmed in writing and begins upon acceptance of the applicable fee. Fees are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are payable under the terms set out in your engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Our services are advisory and depend on your active participation. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to engage in good faith. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any specific employment result.

Arcline™ is a positioning practice, not a recruitment agency or placement service. We help you become easier to choose; we do not guarantee interviews, offers or appointments. Any figures or case studies are illustrative and not a promise of results.

All materials, frameworks and methodologies — including the EB Business Archetypes Framework® (BAF) and the Arcline Methodology™ — remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables prepared for you for your own career purposes.

We treat all information you share as confidential and ask that you respect the confidentiality of our methods and materials. Mutual confidentiality terms may be set out in your engagement letter.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on our advisory output.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
